New Zealand Silver Fern

What a treat it was to create this custom railing. Tucked away in the mountains this hand build custom post and beam home overlooks nothing but nature. My take on a traditional Maori design like the New Zealand symbol, this 70 ft railing boasts 20 ft of fern. The remaining 50 is a wave twist design with the koru in alternating corners to keep the eye moving. It has a small 3 ft gate with a custom built spring handle latch. Powder coated flat black it's a sharp looking contrast to the gorgeous forest backdrop.
